SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm eastern time. Orders placed after 12 pm EST maybe processed the next business day. Shipping timelines are measured in weekdays and don't include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

all name, initial, year, engraved jewelry are made to order and take a minimum of 2-3 weeks or 6-8 weeks for production before shipping (see product page for specific timeline). We can't accept rush orders or cancellations. These items are final sale, no returns?refunds.
