Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and no return will be accepted unless you have a Return Authorization. 

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

International shipping: We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur. 

RA (Return Authorization)

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Gift Cards
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  1. First check your bank account again
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopbohobliss.mia@gmail.com and send your item to: 5152 Nw 114 ct Doral. Fl. 33178

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Boho Bliss Shop has one of the fastest turnaround times on the Internet and makes every effort to get your order shipped within 24 hours. Most orders placed by 12 pm EST will be shipped the same day, at the latest the next business day. All order place during the weekends or closed days will be shipping the next business day if is on stock. However, the delivery time depends on the shipping alternative chosen

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
